Author(s):

Comma-separated names; will autocomplete with existing people in the wiki but accepts non-existing people. For existing people, you must use the name provided by autocomplete, regardless of how the person appears as an author in the paper.

Comma-separated, will autocomplete with existing projects. Namespace prefix Project: must be preserved

Research line(s):

For multiple values, use Ctrl+click.

Date:

The month and year of publication (or, if unpublished, the month and year of creation)

Abstract:

Mandatory for entries of type article.

Address:

For inproceedings, this should be the place where the event was held. Otherwise, the publisher's or school's address (where applicable).

Booktitle:

If the publication is of type book or inbook, the book's title goes in the Title field.
intype:
intype defaults to "in", fill only if you need to replace the default (e.g. "Fast abstract in")

Edition:
Editor(s):

Howpublished:

For booklet and misc entries; how it was published, if the publishing method is nonstandard

Institution:

Only for techreport, where it is mandatory.

Note:

Miscellaneous extra information. For awards, use the award field.

Volume:

The volume of a journal or multi-volume book

Number:

The "number" of a journal, magazine, or tech-report, if applicable.

Chapter:

For inbook only; the chapter number. Inbook entries must have at least either chapter or pages.

Pages:

Page numbers, separated either by double-hyphens. Inbook entries must have at least either chapter or pages.

Publisher:

Mandatory for book and inbook; the publisher's name

School:

For mastersthesis and phdthesis, mandatory for both. The school where the thesis was written

Advisor(s):

For mastersthesis and phdthesis. Comma-separated names; will autocomplete with existing people in the wiki but accepts non-existing people. For existing people, you must use the name provided by autocomplete.

Series:

The series of books the book was published in (e.g. "LNCS")
