This is the "Person" form. To create a page with this form, enter the page name below; if a page with that name already exists, you will be sent to a form to edit that page. When creating, use as the page's name the name with which the person signs most of its publications. Special cases needing some kind of aliasing shall be dealt with on a case-by-case basis in cooperation with the webmaster.
